Reporting to the Associate Director, the Coordinator is responsible for providing overall support for planning, coordination, and executing events for alumni engagement.
Requirements
- Assist the Associate Director in Developing events to meet the strategic priorities of the Office of Alumni Engagement.
- Create and send out surveys after events to all attendees promptly to collect event feedback.
- Work with Office of Advancement administrative staff to coordinate the preparation of event packages, coordination of deliveries of mailings, attendance lists, nametags, literature, favors and other supplies for all events and by deadline.
- Build relationships with faculty and staff to highlight Advancement/Fundraising and College-wide initiatives through programming.
- Support faculty during the event planning process – including securing all aspects of travel as needed for faculty to attend events in different cities.
- Supports all Office of Advancement events as needed
