Job Description
The Resident Director will oversee the summer staff team, provide instruction and guidance to participants, and ensure a safe and structured residential community. They will also be responsible for supervising Community Assistants and mentoring them in their roles.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Science, Humanities, or a related field
- Residential Life experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
