Job Description
The Vice President of Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing operations, customer service, and purchasing departments, and ensuring a high level of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role involves strategic planning, team management, and process improvement to maximize customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Requirements
- College degree with a concentration in Industrial Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering
- 10+ years of plant/general management experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
- Master's degree preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and food production, distribution, logistics, and inventory control
- Experience utilizing lean, statistical, and data-visualization tools
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
