Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead all aspects of real estate strategy, facilities operations, capital projects, and workplace planning across Skild's portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or industrial real estate, and demonstrated experience delivering complex construction projects ($25M+).
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or industrial real estate.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex construction projects ($25M+).
- Direct experience supporting hardware, robotics, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or aerospace environments.
- Deep fluency in electrical distribution (480V, medium voltage), mechanical systems, and industrial buildouts.
- Experience negotiating commercial leases and purchase agreements with strong financial modeling skills.
- Background in engineering, architecture, or construction management is a plus.
- Familiarity with sustainability certifications (LEED, WELL) or microgrid/energy storage systems is a plus.
