Job Description
Provide quality care to clients receiving applied behavior analysis services. Oversee staff of therapists, interface with families and children, and communicate with other professionals. Leadership skills required to develop and direct the accurate implementation of ABA programs.
Requirements
- BCBA with current certification or BCaBA
- Previous experience working in a reputable clinic, home, or school program
- Strong background in setting up language programs to facilitate the acquisition of communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills, including developing and directing the accurate implementation of ABA programs
