Job description
We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the financial and technical management of our residential properties in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. The role involves planning renovations, coordinating maintenance, and managing budgets.
You will be responsible for planning and executing renovation and refurbishment projects, coordinating with external service providers, and managing tenant communication.
This role requires experience in financial property management, technical knowledge, and strong organizational skills. You will work closely with our technical PM and be part of a team-oriented environment.
