Property Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Property Manager to manage owner associations and ensure a smooth service. The role involves leadership of owner meetings, organization and monitoring of maintenance measures, and communication with owners.

What You Will Do

The Property Manager will be responsible for managing owner associations, leading owner meetings, and implementing decisions. They will also be involved in the product team, providing feedback on software and influencing new functions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training as a real estate agent or a WEG certification, and have expertise in real estate management and underlying processes and services. They should also have professional experience in the real estate sector and a strong interest in technology and digitalization.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a real estate agent (m/w/d) or a WEG certification from the IHK
• Expertise in real estate management and the underlying processes and services
• Professional experience in the real estate sector and preferably in independent management of owner associations
• Strong interest in technology and digitalization
