We're seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives across France and the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, language proficiency in French, German, and English, and a strong understanding of the French and DACH market landscape.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a field or regional marketing role.
- Fluent English, French, and German language is a must.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Strong understanding of the French and DACH market landscape and buyer personas.
- Knowledge of the training and e-learning industry is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% within Western & Central Europe.
- Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimization.
