We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Procurement & Logistics Manager to oversee our global supplier network and support the continued growth of our operations. This role combines strategic sourcing, supplier management, and operational coordination across warehouse and logistics services, ensuring cost-efficiency, scalability, and high service quality across the supply chain.
Requirements
- Experience in supplier management and strategic procurement
- Solid knowledge of pharma regulatory requirements (GDP, GMP) and cold chain logistics standards
- Strong tender management, contract and pricing negotiations and supplier performance management skills
- Deep knowledge of supply chain/ logistics processes and procurement best practices
- Experience working in a multinational organization and with international partners
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on cost, risk, and company needs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to work closely with internal stakeholders
- Hands-on mentality with strong process orientation
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
