Job Description
We are looking for a RnD Project Manager who doesn't just design - but actively drives projects forward as part of a close-knit development team. In this hands-on Development Engineer role, you'll take ownership of mechanical products from initial idea through CAD design, prototyping, supplier coordination, testing, and industrialisation.
Requirements
- University degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; or a Technicians HF qualification
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) with a solid understanding of mechanical design principles
- Proven experience in project management within an agile environment, including planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination
- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritise effectively, and manage projects through iterative development cycles
- Skilled at translating technical concepts into precise and clear CAD drawings and documentation
- Experience in workflow management, process optimisation, and/or Lean Management, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Sound knowledge of thermodynamic processes, vibration absorption, and static and dynamic calculations
- Hands-on experience in the development and industrialisation of new products
- Practical mindset with strong manual skills and attention to detail
- Languages: German and English
