Requirements

• Perform intermediate and advanced wind turbine blade inspection, repair, and maintenance activities
• Safely operate and maintain a wide range of tools and equipment
• Develop detailed task plans and contribute to work procedures
• Lead by example on safety and reinforce a no-compromise safety culture
• Perform and support quality control activities
• Serve as service supervisor for composite crews
• Mentor and develop junior composite technicians
• Interface directly with customers
• Complete rescue operations, technical reports, and administrative documentation accurately and efficiently
