Senior Technical Artist

Skydance Games is seeking a Senior Technical Artist to join its core team developing a high-quality AAA single-player story-driven action-adventure game. The role involves partnering with the Technical Art Director to shape long-term goals for art and cinematics pipelines, seeking out and solving cross-disciplinary technical art and content pipeline problems, and taking ownership of setting up assets in engine to create an unforgettable cinematic experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional game experience
• Unreal experience with expertise in Sequencer, Blueprints, characters, MetaHumans, Control Rig, LODs, and performance optimization
• Intermediate Python scripting experience creating artist and pipeline tools in Maya and/or Unreal using a Qt framework
• Proficiency and production experience in modeling, rigging, and animation with an understanding of the full CG pipeline
• Familiarity with game performance evaluation tools to profile CPU, GPU, and memory performance on multiple target platforms
