Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator will administer various human resources activities and programs, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, and workplace safety. The coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the HR Team and maintain employee files and follow privacy procedures.
Requirements
- High School degree
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws preferred
- Experience with a HRIS to include an ATS preferred (Paycom)
- Current or previous experience in behavioral health or healthcare required
