Intake Associate

Skyland Trail, a nonprofit mental health residential treatment program for adults and adolescents in Atlanta, is seeking an Adolescent Intake Specialist. The position requires answering intake calls, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating the admissions process. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, Counseling or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a mental health setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible and decisive
