Job Description
Provide on-call skills coaching support to residential clients, assess risk and safety concerns, and facilitate patient transfers as needed. Utilize clinical assessments and judgment to determine the need for additional support or intervention.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- Full licensure (LPC or LCSW)
- Prior experience in partial hospitalization/day treatment setting
- Prior experience working with co-occurring disorders
