Skylight is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to own and scale our financial operations in a government contracting environment.

Requirements

Progressive experience supporting financial operations in a government contracting environment
Deep working knowledge of FAR compliance, indirect rate structures, cost accounting standards, and DCAA audit requirements
Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Unanet, including project setup, billing, and financial reporting
Proven experience overseeing billing, revenue recognition, and project accounting across government contracts
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including financial modeling and complex data analysis
