Job Description
Upstart is seeking a Finance Manager to join their Corporate FP&A team in the United States, focusing on balance sheet management, cash, liquidity, and financial planning. This role involves collaborating with business leaders and driving analytical insights to ensure financial performance and risk management. Upstart is a digital-first company with offices in San Mateo, California, Columbus, Ohio, and Austin, Texas.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance
- Strong expertise in balance sheet, liquidity, and cash management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
