Job Description
Skyline Construction is seeking a Project Manager - Commercial Interiors to lead complex commercial construction projects, direct own projects, and build industry relationships. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction experience, supervisory skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, and other construction management tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Supervising/managing project superintendents and project staff
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college with major coursework in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- LEED accreditation preferred
- Development of client relationships, sales/business development for new opportunities
- Mentor colleagues and participate in annual staff reviews
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Procore, Timberline, PlanGrid, BlueBeam, and PlanGrid
