Senior Project Manager - Commercial Interiors/Life Sciences

Skyline Construction, a 100% employee-owned company and a leader in commercial interior construction, seeks a Senior Project Manager for Commercial Interiors/Life Sciences projects. The role involves selling, estimating, scheduling, managing, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, leading a team, and building industry relationships. The Senior Project Manager will oversee complex projects, utilizing tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft platforms, and serving as the main client contact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction project management experience in life sciences projects.
• Experience supervising/managing project superintendents and project staff.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience in laboratory space renovation (chemistry, biology, vivarium, cGMP manufacturing, electronic labs, clean rooms).
• Experience managing medium to large, complex and/or multiple jobs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Procore, Timberline, BlueBeam and PlanGrid.
• Strong project estimating and scheduling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator.
