Job Description
The Assistant Building Operator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of residential properties by completing general maintenance, cleaning and providing exceptional customer service to tenants. This includes performing timely maintenance work, addressing tenant requests, and ensuring all preventative maintenance is completed.
Requirements
- Relevant post-secondary education
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in HVAC equipment, BAS, and FAS in Class A residential complex
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and automobile insurance
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail/web)
