Job Description
The Building Operator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of assigned apartment buildings by completing general maintenance, administrative tasks, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service to tenants. The role involves scheduling regular inspections, performing maintenance work, responding to maintenance requests, and assisting with preparing the annual budget.
Requirements
- Relevant post-secondary education
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in HVAC equipment, BAS, and FAS in Class A residential complex
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and automobile insurance
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail/web)
- Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs
