Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Network Engineer to join our Network Design and Planning team in Espoo, Finland. This role will involve planning, designing, and evolving Skylo's satellite communication network infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and high-performance. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to defining the planning and performance of our world-first commercial direct-to-device satellite network.
Requirements
- Experience in network design and planning with a strong background in cellular telecommunications
- Experience with Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) is highly preferred
- Proven ability to perform traffic forecasting and resource planning
- Strong analytical skills to conduct KPI framework analysis, capacity planning, and optimization
