Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or a related field
- Proven experience in Multimedia Design, with at least 5 years in a creative or design role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different formats (static, motion, branding, digital assets, etc.)
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiar with Canva or similar tools
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a creative team, manage workflows, and oversee end-to-end project delivery
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in pitching ideas and presenting to clients
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of handling multiple projects
