Requirements

• Own the interview scheduling process
• Manage candidate travel arrangements and reimbursement processes
• Support and partner with Recruiters
• Maintain and update candidate records in Greenhouse
• Coordinate interview panels
• Prepare and send candidate communications
• Partner with hiring managers
• Support sourcing efforts
