They are committed to supporting and developing their people, and are looking for a Line Service Manager to join their team.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a supervisory role in Lineservice
- Intimate knowledge of Aviation/FBO or Commercial ramp experience
- Post-secondary education (Aviation or Business Management degree/diploma an asset)
- Strong knowledge of software programs related to Lineservice
- Superior customer service and interpersonal/relationship skills
- Strong supervisory skills, including ability to manage, coach and develop performance
