Skyservice Aviation is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join its team in Dorval, Quebec and Mississauga, Ontario. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a strategic role in executing HR strategies related to operational objectives, promoting employee engagement, and driving a positive culture. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on delivering strategic HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in human resources
• At least 5 years delivering strategic HR solutions in contact with clients in a Human Resources Business Partner role
• Post-secondary degree in human resources
• Certification as a Human Resources Advisor (CHRA) or Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP/CHRL)
• Bilingualism in English and French (spoken and written)
