Technical Writer - Intern

As a Technical Writer Intern, you'll develop high-quality content for Skyward's software products and work with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand software functionality and create well-structured, user-friendly documentation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or associate degree.
• Excellent writing skills, with knowledge of, and adherence to, standard styles of software documentation
• Verbal communication skills, including strong interviewing skills to be able ask questions to obtain information relevant to documentation task
• Well organized and able to follow specific guidelines and procedures
• Appropriate interpersonal skills to be able to work well within a team environment
• Accuracy in work habits and data entry
• Demonstrated skills in learning information and procedures quickly
