Process Engineering Technician

SkyWater is looking for a Process Engineering Technician to support Advanced Packaging Process Development. The successful candidate will perform experiments, monitor process performance, and propose recommendations to engineers.

Requirements

• 2-year Technical degree and/or 5+ years technician experience in a semiconductor fabrication facility, assembly or manufacturing/laboratory/clean room environment
• Proficient with MS Office
• Clear problem-solving capability, data driven, inventive solution oriented and can articulate thought processes
• Positive interpersonal skills, ability to influence others, highly energetic, and self-motivated
• Demonstrated ability to meet commitments, drive multiple projects, and deliver results
