Director of IT

The Director of Information Technology is a strategic and operational leader responsible for the overall management, vision, and execution of the organization’s IT strategy. This role oversees IT Security, Software Development, Compliance, and Enterprise IT operations, ensuring that technology systems and processes effectively support business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred) or similar industry or military experience
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including management of security, software development, and enterprise operations
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale technology initiatives
