AOI Engineer (Sr. Process Engineer)

Skyworks is looking for a Senior Process Engineer (AOI Engineer) to develop and implement AOI and visual inspection processes, and to work cross-functionally to define integrated requirements and establish best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields
• Minimum 6 years of process engineering experience
• Expert-level knowledge of AOI and visual inspection-related equipment
• Experience establishing new defect detection methods in automated inspection machines
• Knowledge of experimental design, statistical process management, and analytical tools
• Experience in creating, documenting, and managing work instructions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in technical and interpersonal situations
• Practical and flexible attitude, with the ability to execute based on results and data
• High standards and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally in English in both written and verbal form
