Requirements

• Establish process conditions for SAW/BAW device thin film/deposition processes
• Improve and stabilize device-to-device differences through approaches from both process and device sides
• Construct monitoring methods using FDC and device log data for process/device states
• Establish optimal process flows including measurement methods
• Promote cost reduction for thin film/deposition process and device
