Engineering Associate

Skyworks is an innovator of high performance analog semiconductors. We are looking for an Engineering Associate to join our team. The role will involve collaborating with teams to restore down process and machine back to production, deploying statistical control of processes, and supporting continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• First point of contact for all frontline process related issues occurring during 12- hours shift operation.
• Collaborate with Equipment, Yield, and Operation teams to restore down process and machine back to production.
• Deploy and review effective statistical control of processes to ensure a stable and robust processing platform.
• Support process engineering continuous improvement projects, cost optimization to upkeep production capacities and process capabilities.
• Provide effective hand-over to/from day/night shift process sustaining members.
• Diploma in Engineering/Science or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Fresh Diploma graduate welcome as well.
• ITE Higher Nitec or Nitec with > 3 years of lithography process experience in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Familiar SPC and OCAP in advance.
• Fundamental Microsoft Excel and Computer skills.
• Willing to work 12 hours rotating shift.
