High school degree required, desirable Technical Career in Electronics, Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, and/or truncated Engineering in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, or Computer Science.
Requirements
- High school degree
- >1 year in electronic equipment maintenance
- Use of measurement equipment
- Experience in working with multifunctional teams
- Use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Sharp vision to see devices smaller than 1mm under a microscope
- Use of measurement instruments (multimeter, vernier, pyrometer, air/vacuum gauge)
- Use of mechanical tools
- Interpretation of electrical diagrams
- Carries out predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of production equipment
- Executes setup changes required by production
- Proposes equipment improvement projects
- Prepares daily maintenance reports
- Verifies maintenance calendarization of production equipment
- Identifies failures and executes corrective maintenance of production equipment
- Uses diagrams and interprets to execute corrective maintenance activities
- Performs setup tests to verify functionality and/or identify equipment failures
- Performs manual assembly of small components using a microscope
