Process Metrology Engineer (Sr. Process Engineer)

The company is looking for a Process Metrology Engineer (Sr. Process Engineer) to join their team in Osaka, Japan. The successful candidate will have experience in process technology/equipment technology in BAW/SAW filter or semiconductor device, especially various Metrology technology business experience. They will be responsible for metrology process establishment, factor identification through analysis and statistical analysis, and optimal process flow establishment.

Requirements

• Metrology process establishment
• Factor identification through analysis and statistical analysis
• Optimal process flow establishment (including method establishment)
• SPC etc. utilization for construction of statistical abnormal detection systems
