RF Lab Manager

Job Title: RF Lab Manager. Manage a laboratory, oversee lab infrastructure and facilities, enforce ESD compliance, manage inventory and equipment, and support correlation activities and other cross-team initiatives. Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience managing inventory, equipment, or lab assets
• Hands-on, practical experience in a lab or technical environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
