Sr. Industrial Engineer

Skyworks is an innovator of high performance analog semiconductors whose solutions are powering the wireless networking revolution. We are looking for a Sr. Industrial Engineer to join our team in Singapore.

Requirements

• Overall Capacity modelling/planning/expenditures for the filter business
• Review capacity model, understanding the constraints and track cycle to cycle capacity changes
• Identify bottle-neck process and workout capacity improvement projects with cross-functional teams and/or CapEx for capacity ramping/ expansion for the Filter business
• Review capital and cashflow requirements, driving activities to improve capital efficiency and reduce cost
• Conduct time study and update processes cycle time
• Lead and drive cross functional teams to continuously improve OEE, cycle time and processes
• Identify process and operation inefficiencies in order to propose solutions for optimization and improvement
• Project management using Gantt chart / Action plan to execute and track the timeline of tools ready for production
• Lead, coordinate and work with cross functional teams such as logistic, contractors, tools suppliers, equipment engineers, process engineers, facility engineers, environment health and safety officer to install the tools as planned
• Brainstorm/Support with layout engineer to optimize equipment density, production flow and expansion
