Quality Engineer

Sysco LABS is seeking a Quality Engineer to contribute to test strategies, design, and execution. The role involves developing automation scripts, configuring test environments, and communicating test results to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, strong knowledge of quality engineering practices, and experience with Java, OOP concepts, and Selenium and Appium.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or an equivalent qualification
• Strong knowledge in quality engineering practices and processes
• Sound knowledge of Java, OOP concepts and coding standards
• A solid understanding of building web and mobile test automation using Selenium and Appium
• Strong knowledge of Agile software testing and software engineering concepts
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Thirst for learning and regularly updating knowledge
• Testing and Agile related certifications would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of performance testing and mobile test automation will be an added advantage
