Software Engineer, Search Data Infrastructure at Slack, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the information retrieval infrastructure that supports Slack Search and other product experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, Map/Reduce, or EMR
• Experience with search technology such as Solr, ElasticSearch, Lucene
• Proficiency with functional or imperative programming languages such as PHP, Python, Ruby, Go, C, or Java
