Senior Creative 3D Designer

Sleek is a London-based experience partner delivering world-class events and experiences for big brands. We're looking for a Senior Creative 3D Designer to join our team and lead the creative visualisation of event environments. The role involves developing standout experiential spatial concepts, working closely with production teams, and ensuring designs are practical, cost-effective, and executable.

Requirements

• Proven experience at a senior level (3D Design) within an events or experiential agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience environments and other 3D experiential work
• Confident presenter with strong communication skills
• Excellent spatial design and storytelling skills
• Expert knowledge of 3D design software (e.g. Rhino, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Blender, or similar)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop)
• Ability to work independently and make creative decisions, and collaboratively with creative and project leads
