Requirements

• Hands-on, production experience across all areas of applied ML in production, efficient model training, reinforcement learning, and test-time optimization
• Experience building, training, and shipping ML systems using Python and PyTorch
• Strong fundamentals in RL and experience deploying inference-time optimization systems
• Experience building multi-step agents with orchestration concerns
• Collaborative skills to work closely with Product and Engineering teams
