As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a key role in supporting Sleep Doctor's patients after they begin their therapy journey, providing consistent follow-up, remote monitoring, and education to ensure long-term therapy success.
Requirements
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 2–3 years of DME experience
- Sleep credential (RRT-SDS or RPSGT) strongly preferred
- Licensure in Oregon, New Mexico, Washington, Arizona, New Jersey, or West Virginia
- Familiarity with mask types, resupply guidelines, and best practices for long-term PAP success
- Skill in virtual education, troubleshooting, and mask fittings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and cloud-based compliance systems
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME), specific to sleep apnea care
