Job Description
This tape edge operator position involves operating a tape edge machine to assemble finished mattresses. The role focuses on quality control, sewing, repair, and basic machine maintenance. Physical demands include lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience in an environment with some disagreeable elements (noise, dust, heat)
- Proficiency in reading, math, written skills and manual dexterity
- Good eye/hand coordination
- Bi-lingual in Spanish/English (a plus)
- Physical ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks.
