Job Description
Sletten Construction is looking for a Project Manager to support current and future construction projects in Wyoming. The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversight of multiple projects.
Requirements
- Plan, organize and assist in staffing key field positions
- Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of an on-site superintendent
- Assist with project pursuit and procurement
- Prepare subcontracts
- Maintain and update project schedules
- Participate in employee continuing education
- Counsel and, when needed, terminate unsatisfactory or unneeded employees
- Forecast what is to be done on a regular basis, when, and by whom
- Learn and utilize ProCore, Viewpoint and other relevant industry software
- Ensure vehicle fleet and equipment are maintained and Sletten's Vehicle policies are upheld
- Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company
- Investigate and document all accidents
