Superintendent - Commercial Construction

The primary function of the Superintendent is to schedule, coordinate and supervise craft employee activities on a commercial construction project, working closely with a Project Manager and Division Manager. Responsibilities include reviewing project documents, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining a safe and clean job site.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of field experience
• OHSAT 10-HR certification or above
• Past leadership experience
• Computer skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-developed office management and organizational skills
