Job Description
The Superintendent will schedule, coordinate, and supervise craft employee activities, including supervising trade groups and/or subcontractors on the project site. They will work closely with the Project Manager and Division Manager to keep all lines of communication open. This position will be based in Cody, Wyoming, but travel to projects will be required.
Requirements
- Thoroughly review project documents, including plans and specifications
- Meet with Project Manager/Estimator and Division Manager regarding project activities
- Manage & Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers on the project
- Handle daily project problems with assistance from Project Manager as required
- Hire and lay off workers as required
- Quality control on our work and subcontractors
- Coordinate problem resolution with engineer and owner
- Maintain equipment
- Compile all field paperwork
- Coordinate all project related activities
