Support the development and management of product offerings, help create and maintain project timelines, and contribute to the development and maintenance of policy forms. Communicate and reinforce the product vision across internal teams and stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, risk management, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of product management experience in P&C lines relevant to Slide’s current or planned offerings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
- Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, with experience supporting projects from concept to launch
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including basic proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL or other data tools a plus
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new systems and applications quickly; familiarity with developing or updating policy forms preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
