Program Financial Analyst

Slingshot Aerospace is seeking a Senior Program Financial Analyst to oversee program-related financial activities from proposal through award and completion. The role is critical in supporting commercial and government contracting compliance, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive program success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
• Experience in developing monthly financial Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)
• 5+ years of experience in Program Finance.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, CAS, and government contracting principles.
• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP system.
• Experience with EAC reviews, revenue forecasting, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Familiarity with provisional billing rates, incurred cost submissions, and proposal pricing.
• Ability to interpret contracts and assist in SoW development.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
