Job Description
Slingshot Biosciences is a fast-growing life sciences company seeking a Senior Accountant to join their cross-disciplinary and world-class team. The ideal candidate will have 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably including both public accounting and industry, and a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606 and inventory accounting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606 and inventory accounting
- Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment
- Hands-on experience with revenue operations or inventory processes
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with ERP or accounting systems
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and strong problem-solving skills
