Sustaining Engineer

Slip Robotics is a pioneering Series B startup in the field of robotics and automation. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sustaining Engineer to join our team in Atlanta to ensure manufacturability, quality, and cost-effectiveness of our products throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment, ideally in the automotive, industrial machinery, or robotics industry
• Strong understanding of DFM principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency with CAD software, specifically SolidWorks
• Basic understanding of electrical principles, including circuit design, wiring, and troubleshooting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
