Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to perform direct resident care duties and assist in maintaining a positive environment for residents. The CNA will assist with daily living activities, transfer and reposition residents, and follow daily care plans.
Requirements
- Must hold current state certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in good standing with the state.
- Must be able to interact positively with residents, families, and regulatory agencies, and work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
- Must be able to maintain consistent attendance and be willing to work long or irregular hours, often under pressure.
- Must comply with all local health regulations and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.
